OUR IDEAS
Lintel Tech is passionate about concrete.
Since 2007 we have gone out of our way to develop new ideas in the precast industry. As our name suggests, we started making lintels. We then saw a gap in the market for concrete hollow columns and started supplying this to hardware stores.
We have helped our clients grow their business and profits by giving them an alternative product for a better price.
Though our methods are complex, our goal is simple, selling our products to as many customers as possible.
OUR SPECIFIC DETAILS
Lintel Tech employs 70 people who share our passion. On average we cast 300 hollow columns per day and 600 bases. As of November 2015 our production will be increased to 450 hollow columns and 800 bases to supply the December months demand.
All our transport is handled in-house and at any given time we have a truck delivering our precious cargo.
Our major clients are Build It, Cash Build, Buco, Discount Hardwares and Quick Save Hardwares. Our client base is 200 hardwares which span over most of Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Gauteng.
FUTURE PLANS
Lintel Tech is busy with a Precast Housing Scheme which will be aimed at helping the previously disadvantaged communities get out of the "Gettos" as it were.
It is designed to be Affordable, Safe, Fire Resistant and Insulated for the elements.
We are very excited for this new venture.
